6 Miter mating ends of one king irim (Qj and one short trim (R) for each face (P). CI [imp each pair of parts lit a drawer face. making sure the m iters ure Light and aligned with the face corner. Then mark tlve heels of ihe opposite miters on each pan, remove the pans, and cut the miters. Chi nip ihese pans in place, and miter. Tit. mark, and miter the remaining trim pans. Keep each set of trim with lite face for which il was titled and in the same arrangement in which il was cut

7Glue and clamp the long trim (Ql and short trim iR) to I he drawer faces (Pi. Make sure all parts are flush at the buck | Drawing 3b]. Finish-sand ihe trim.

Install the drawers

Iln the case drawer bay. apply masking rape from top lo bottom along the inside front face of the side and divider (B), Draw a vertical line on the tape W in from the

front edge of the plywood parts. Then mart the drawer glide center!me locations on the tape [Drawing 41

2 Measure the width of a drawer slide case member, and subtract half of this dimension from the cenlerlitie dimension given |br the top drawer slides. Cut a pair of spacers to this dimension from scrap.

3Place the spaeers against the side (B|„ using a small piece of double-faced tape to hold them upright. Screw live slide in place |Photo G], Repeal ihe process for installing the top slide on the divider (B).

4Using the method for determining .spacer length for the top drawer slides, cut the spacers lo length for the middle slide. Then screw the slides in place. Now cut ihe spacers once more and install the bottom drawer slides.

5Measure the width of a drawer slide dniwvr member, and subtract half of

'A" round-over

with a Vi*' shoulder
